What exactly is the guarantee?
If your Blueprint doesn't find at least three gaps, duplicates, or contradictions in how the workflow is written down, we refund the full C$3,500. A gap is a step no document covers; a duplicate is the same step written in two places; a contradiction is two sources that disagree. Each finding is listed with the documents it comes from, so you can check it yourself. The guarantee needs your existing material for that workflow before we start, and applies to one Blueprint per company.
Why start with a paid Blueprint?
Because it's useful on its own. You get a map of one workflow as it runs today, the gaps and contradictions in it, a finished sample built from your material, and a fixed price for the rest. If you continue within 60 days, the full fee comes off the Core price.
Why per role, and not per employee or per document?
Hiring another technician doesn't create another role or rolebook, so it doesn't change your bill. Core covers up to four roles; each role beyond that is from C$3,000 to set up and C$250 a month to keep current. Documents are how we keep the rolebooks clear—we split, merge, and reorganize them as needed—so you never pay more because we organized your material well.
What counts as a role?
A job with its own rolebook. Five technicians doing the same job are one role. If Junior Technician and Senior Technician have different responsibilities and their own rolebooks, each is a role. A branch that needs its own version of a rolebook also counts as a separate role.
Is there a limit on changes?
No monthly count. Routine changes to how your existing roles work are included. If a request adds or splits a role, builds a workflow from scratch, or reorganizes the team, we quote it before starting. The five-business-day turnaround starts once a change is clear and approved.
How do payments work?
The Blueprint is paid in full before work starts. Core is paid half at signing and half at first release. Continuity is billed monthly in advance from your first release. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable GST/HST.
How long does it take?
It depends mostly on review. We name your approver and book review dates at signing. Consolidated feedback within five business days keeps the release on schedule; a later review moves it.
Do we need to buy software?
No. Editions are delivered as PDF and print-ready files. If you already use a training or document tool, we can publish into it at no extra charge; its licence stays with you.
What isn't included?
Legal review of employment or safety policies, printing and binding, and writing procedures that don't exist yet. We can refer you to an employment lawyer, pass printing through at cost, or scope process discovery.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Continuity has a three-month minimum from your first release, then runs month to month; cancel with 30 days' notice. You keep every rolebook edition you've received, the full change record, and your own material. Nothing is locked inside a platform.
